Hey, I’m Sydney
A therapist blending clinical expertise with deep intuition to help teens and adults heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
My Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and former massage therapist with a passion for mind-body healing, nervous system attunement, and trauma recovery. My approach blends grounded clinical expertise with intuitive insight, creating a space that feels both nurturing and transformative.
Clients often describe me as deeply compassionate, down-to-earth, and spiritually attuned. One colleague once said, “Sydney was awe-inspiring to watch with clients. She is a true natural therapist. Her easy and empathetic compassion is evident with every client. Those who call her their therapist have a partner in their journey.”
I specialize in supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, ADHD, addiction, and mood or attachment challenges. My style draws from evidence-based practices like EMDR, parts/inner child work, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing—but I also integrate nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and the sacredness of the healing journey. I'm especially passionate about the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy and the spiritual potential of healing work.
I believe in the power of intuition—mine and yours. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and deeply supported in our work together. I have a gift for helping people name what they’re carrying, even when they don’t yet have the words, and for creating a space that feels safe enough to explore the hard stuff with honesty and self-compassion.
Whether we’re diving into core wounds, reconnecting with your inner child, or learning how to be in your body again, I’ll walk with you—grounded, present, and open-hearted. Healing isn’t always linear, and it’s rarely neat, but it is sacred. I’m here to help you navigate it with care, curiosity, and soul.
